My contact form is experiencing an error while filling out.

I fill in the first fields, but when I click on the subject it deletes all the filled fields.

Open your website with Firefox (CTRL + U to open source code), and you'll notice that your source code is issued.
All red colored tags mean that somewhere there is the HTML error.

Please, fix them first, and everything will be okay.

How do I fix the error in html? how to access the code of the home page?

The issued code is somewhere in your content built with Muffin Builder / Visual Composer.
You have to check every element for an unclosed or not correct HTML tag.
