Some layout issue when browsing using a mobile device

With most of the demos that use side bar or tabs as elements AND when we visit the same using a mobile device like iphone or ipad, we find the side bar or tabs line up together one under the other and then the content follows. For instance, we have say 10 navigation links in the side bar and then all the 10 appear one under the other and say for the content for tab / side bar 2 would then appear after all the 10 links to the side bar are completed.
However when you see something for say tabs on this theme http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold/features/#tab-id-6 or for side bars here http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold/blog/blog-single-author-big/ ... this folds up nicely and gives a good UX for the visitor.
I'm sure if we tweak a little on the CSS we would be able to make this good nice change and make it universal for all the users of Be|theme.
Is this something we can do quickly ?

no, this is nothing what can be done quickly but we can consider this feature while future updates.
