How can i adjust the size of the header height in a mobile menu?

I tried selecting a smaller logo for the mobile, but the header remains way too large even with a smaller logo.

Minimalist is way too small.  How can i adjust custom height for mobile device?  Any CSS code suggestions to fix this?
