Unable to reinstall plugin

When i try to update Wpbakery or install Revolution slider or Layer Slider i get this error

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

How can we fix that?

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.
