Theme isn't be installed.

Helle there, 

I have purchased BE Theme on 17 OCT 2018. The purchase code is "donotpostlicensekeysonpublicforum". But I can't install theme. I tried several times. Download themes twice and then tried again several times but undone. The problem is shown like below - 

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.


I can't find any option here to attach screenshot. Please solve this issue very quickly. I am running out of my time. My client is in kind of rush.
