Anchor Links & Sticky Header

First: I have a page with anchor Links & a sticky header.  I see BeTheme already compensates anchors for the sticky header except for one scenario.

Doesn't work as expected:  Only the same page as the anchor links clicking a link (Icon Box) it does not compensate for the sticky header and it covers the title.  As stated below clicking the link from the menu, even on this page, does work as expected.

Works as expected: Identical link style from home page goes to correct location and compensates for sticky header.

Menu link from any page (even from same page) works as expected

Attempts to correct: I have attempted to correct this with css however then it creates too much space for the pages that do work correctly.

https://choice.nmbgeek.com/services/ is the affected page.  Only the Icon Box links do not work as expected.  Similar Icon box links can be found on the home page and they do work as expected.

Hi,

the icons boxes will not work because you need to have a class="scroll" attached to the link so the scroll plugin knows what to do.

Menu has this built in, but for most of the items it will not work.
