One page section scroll

I would like to create a page with a fixed background and make full page sections that scroll over it, like in this example https://alvarotrigo.com/fullPage/
Is this something possible with just css and the theme builder or do I need to make a full page text slider?

Unfortunately, BeTheme does not have this scrolling effect.
You have to create a JS script for it or use some third-party plugin, but we do not support that.

After 5 years, has BeTheme started to support this feature?
It is on our feature voting list: https://muffingroup.com/betheme/feature-voting/.
In the meantime, other features won the voting, so they had priority in implementation. But now it is in second place, so soon we should start working on that.
