Word Editor is Missing in text edit posts

I am working on the website, www.dyami.com. We are using visual composer or WP Bakery but when we try and use a text block we are not seeing the word editor, there is only see, General and design options.image [Links visible only for registered users]

I am not sure what could have caused this or how to resolve it.

If anyone has any insigh I would appreciate it.
