Error ID on youtube video played

When I upload any video from youtube through Muffin Builder Video ID Application so getting the video preview, the video can't play because it make an error, as shows follow: An error has occurred. Try again later. (Playback ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).
The template used is called: BePress.

Do you copy the only ID from the link or whole link?
It's important to copy only an ID.

Hi!

Well ... I copy the link as indicated by muffin builder, exactly the instruction is:

It`s placed in every YouTube & Vimeo video, for example:

YouTube: "http:_//www.youtube.com/watch?v_=WoJhnRczeNg"(Wihtout underscore)

And that's how I get my URL.

I can't send you the link of my web page because I work in localhost.
