Change the links and text in beTheme

I want to change the text and the links of "see the offer" and "report of fault" in the screen that I send you but I can not find it in the template, I have WP 5.0.1, php 7.2.13 and the template betheme 20.9.7.5, It's like the start or home and from there on the second capture I send you if I can change everything. Can you help me?
I also want to change the text that says "Professional repair of mobile phones"
