Home Anchor - Creating a One Page Site

Hi,

I'm in the process of making your "fix" theme into a one page website. I've selected the one page option in the home page below the builder, so it's functioning. The problem I have is I'm not sure how to make the Home button go back to the top/above the slider.

Menu:
Home/About/Fix Offer/Contact

Home menu link is #home
About menu link is #about
Fix menu link is #fix
Contact menu link is #contact

I tried adding the #home anchor to the Top Hooks section in the theme options but it just jumps up to the top (doesn't scroll). What I'm trying to do is what's shown in your itservice demo http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/itservice/.

Could you please help me with this?

Also is it possible to make it so that when the page loads the home link is already highlighted?

    Hi,

if you want link "Home" menu item to the top of website, please use the same anchor as we did on our demo: #Header_wrapper

But it is unfortunately not possible to highlight 1st item on page load because you must start scrolling to highlight it.

    Thanks!
  • Ah ok, I wasn't sure what the demo was linked to. Thanks for that.
  • I opted to use #Header instead as it looked more aesthetically pleasing
