Revolution slider not installing

Hello

We had some problems with web site http://www.marisonart.se/ after Wordpress update, so we deleted BeTheme and reinstalled it, but Revolution slider can not be activated. I deleted Revolution slider files via FTP and installed them again, but ca't activate the plugin. Could you please check and help us?

Hi,

There is no error message, it just not working after activation.

And I can't activate WPBakery Page Builder eather, it is craving authorisation code despite I just purchased a ned BeTheme and registered it with auth code. Some pages on web site are not displaying well, meny is disappearing. Feels like all the theme is not working.

You don't need separate license key for WPBakery Page Builder, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully
functional without it.

Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled
plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these
plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately.
This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

How I can use WPBakery Page Builder Template Library? it requires activation.

This feature comes with the paid version of WPBakery.
We provide only the basic version which is fully functional - as I said.
It has all of the options required to work.

If you want to download example sliders, then you can download it from our demos.

You can import them without installing the pre-built website.
Here is a screenshot for better understanding:

If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider
is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or
more.

Yes, that's why I mentioned about the sliders.

You can choose which slider is displayed on the site in the page options while editing this page.

You say "You don't need separate license key for WPBakery Page Builder" - but if you log in into admin panel, you will see the it can't be installed as it craves activation. We don't need any example sildes, we just want to make our own slide to work. The site is not working. We want to get some help or to get our money back, could you please have a look?

As I said before:

Purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into the theme.

If you'll go into the revolution slider, then you're able to create new sliders.
