Transparency for the menu

Good morning,
I need to know if  for the theme BeSurfing, it's possibile make the menu with trasparent and leave the action bar with background.
I don't know how to do it.
May you please help me?

Hi,

It can be only done with Custom CSS.

Please paste it to Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

#Action_bar{
background:red !important;
}
