Hello, two things are missing from my info box: the lines under the checkmarks and the image of the screw at the bottom right.

How do I add the ::after to the <li> so I can add the line via css?

Where can I find the screw image. I tried to follow the link url(https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/home_betheme_info form the inspector but its a blank page.

You have to edit the iconbox and add the image from your media library.
This image is not in the theme. You can save it from the link you provided.
https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/home_betheme_infobox.png
And later use it in the item.
