How to reduce the size and weight of Blog post title

I would like to find out how to reduce the size and weight of blog post title. They are currently way too big .

Hi,

Check, which heading of Title Heading do you have set in Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General

Then, please go to Theme Options > Fonts > Size & Style and change the heading font size and weight which was in the Title Heading.
