I'm having the following message when I try to update the theme:

Update Failed: The package could not be installed.

Hey,

what is your domain name? We had an issue with domain names starting with a "W".

Try to deregister and register they key again in your dashboard.

@Bryan, I did as you suggested however when pressing deregistered button I received the following error message: 

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:
https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup

Please advise.

Your current username that is attached to the license key you have sent is: 3digitalsolo

We have found that you have registered that key under 2 domains.

Please use this tool: http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

Deregister they license key from the domain:

https://tresdigitalsolutions.com/~fiestadepueblo

Then go to your main domain wordpress and try to update/install plugins. If you still get the same message, please navigate to your betheme dashboard and deregister the key there. Then register it again.
