Items not saving anymore after switching PHP version

Hello,

We switched to higher version of PHP (7+) and now there is only 1 item saved

So wehn i add 4 items. press on Save then only 1 item will be saved

Switched back to PHP version 7, the error/problem remains

What to do?

Hello,

this is most likely caused by the max_input_vars value in your hosting.

Please check in betheme>dashboard what does your system status indicate.

If those values are too low, please address them to your hosting provider.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
