Problem with my visual editor

Hi, I am going insane I have no idea what change on my theme and why betheme is not getting displayed the way it used to be displayed I have added an image to show you how it looks I really have to finish the project and I don't understand what is happening.

Hi,

you must have a very old version of the theme and the newest version of Wordpress.

Please update the theme to the newest version. Since it is an old version of the theme, you will have to do it manually. In the newest versions, the theme updates are done from the admin area.

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

I see that was the problem. I wish I get a notification that the theme meeds update. I spent over 2 hours finding what is the issue... then it was really hard to do edits on the website...

We update the theme each week on fridays.

Update notices were not possible before version 20.0 of the theme, this is why there were none.

I think I'm having the same issue. I clicked on "update" in BeTheme and I get this error... "Update Failed: The package could not be installed." 

What do i need to do?

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
