website not loading on Safari browser in Windows and loads very small on iphones and ipads

This website have some issues with Safari browser and in mobile view for iPhones and iPads.

I tested in on IPX and IP 8 Plus and everything works fine.
Can you explain where the issue appears?

Also, disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
