Change the URL of the Cart Icon

Hi,

I am unable to change the URL of the cart icon in the Header as when I hover or click on it, it takes me to the homepage.

I want to change it so that it will show the cart page.

Hi,
You can change the URL of this cart in the WooCommerce settings > Advanced
https://i.imgur.com/ws3IITn.png

And it will redirect you to this page only if you have something in your cart.
Otherwise, it will redirect it you to the homepage.
