Inconsistent file permissions

Hello,

I'm trying to update the Betheme from 20.9.7.3 to 21.0. without any success. The message shown is "The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions", where should I start looking to?

you should contact your hosting provider about that. We cannot do anything about your server settings and file permissions.
