Export and Templates not working anymore

Hello,

suddenly we can't use the export feature anymore. When we press export it just says: "Muffin Builder data processing..." but nothing happens.

Also, when we want to use a template for a new post, it doesn't load the template.

We didn't change anything since the last time it worked.

Why is this happening and how can we get it to work again?

    Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

    I have the same problem. Not with the template (not tried yet), but with the export. Muffin Builder data processing....then nothing happens.

    Changed to the classic editor does not help. Tried with different browsers on different machines.
    Export works on pages, but not in articles!

    If your article is created with Muffin Builder, then import/export should work, but it won't copy the text created in WordPress editor.

    If your content of the article is created in WP Editor, then you have to use the "duplicate posts" plugin

    Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside
    and send us a link to that file, your license key, your admin wordpress login credentials and link to your website privately thru the contact form which is

    license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is
    probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we

    Hello Pablo,

    the article is made with the Muffin Builder (with a short text in the wordpress editor).

    It is clear for me, that only the Muffin Builder components are exportet (if it would work). I need the function to export the Muffin Builder components to the english version of the same article. When I use the export button, nothing happens, only the words "Muffin Builder data processing..." are visible.

    I have done this many times before in this way. Is there a chance to go to an older version of the theme, until you fixed the problem (it seems that I am not the only one).

    sorry that I used "your" thread, but we have the same issue as you.

    Theme-update is already available, tested just at the moment, and now export works. Great!

    everything is working fine now. I like that if you load a template now, the page isn't refreshing anymore, nice work! :)

    Hello,

    Sorry to jump in on your thread but exporting the Muffin Buider is not working for portfolio items for me.

    I can export pages, but not portfolio items.

    I have cleared my cache and turned off all plugins but still have the issue, please help?

    I can see that you use the 21.0.1 version of BeTheme.
    Please update it to the newest version of theme. (21.0.2)
