ISSUES UPDATING MY PLUGINS AND THEME / Visual Builder does not work

Hi guys,

I tried to edit my homepage and it's not working. Also, I tried to update the revolution slider and had an error saying

"Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…

The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

 Plugin update failed."

After that, the revolution slider disappeared from my homepage.

To be more clear I'm having the following issues:

- I can't update the theme or plugins.

- My visual builder is not working.

- The revolution slider vanished from my homepage after I tried to update it.

I already checked my licenses on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and I don't see any problem there. There's only one domain with that purchased code and it's the current one so I need help, please.
