Credit Card option with PayPal

Hello, I have the PayPal Account Optional =ON on my paypal account, but when people go to checkout on my website, they don^t have the possibility to pay with credit card. It's only going to PayPal. What Can I do so people whitout a PayPal account can pay with credit card ?

We provide only the basic version of the WooCommerce plugin which doesn't have this option.
