Sections Not Hiding on Mobile

Certain sections of pages are not hiding on mobile, even though I have specified that they should "Hide on Tablet & Mobile". None of the other selections in the "Responsive Visibility" dropdown work either. I am working on a Macbook Pro with the most up to date Mojave, in Chrome (most current), and in Chrome iOS (most current). I have tested on an iPhone X, iPhone 8, and an Google Pixel 2. Below are some screenshots:

(This shows the two sections that should be hidden on mobile, marked inside a red rectangle.)

(This shows the dialogue/window on the page where the section exists. It's marked and saved as "Hide on Tablet & Mobile".)

(This is a list of my active plugins. As far as I know, I've deactivated all the plugins that DID NOT come with Be|Theme.)

Any advice?
