Contact Form 7 Spam

Hello, I use contact Form 7 on my BeTheme site, GreatMiamiLiving.com, and I am receiving a great deal of spam that is being sent through the contact form. How do I stop this?  The messages have nothing to do with my site.

You have to install some verification extension for CF7 like reCaptha
