Hi,
you can do this under Theme options > Colors > Menu & Action bar section

In creative demo this is not working.

If it does not work with creative demo, then please go under Theme options > Layout > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section, find css which looks like below:
#Action_bar {
background-color: #29224b !important;
}
and replace current bg color with own.
