custom sidebar

On my website, on the page https://www.karinvandenbosch.nl/over-mij/  I want to create a custom side bar called 'over mij'. I used the widget 'Muffin menu'.

Is that the right widget to use, to create a menu on that page, that contains the sub-sections of that page, such as 'wie ben ik?' or 'waar vind je mij?'?

And how can I change the items that appear in this side menu? Now I see items like Blog, Exhibits, Gallery etc., but I can't see where to change this.

Hi,

All of the sidebars content can be changed in Appearance > Widgets.

There are all of the sidebars (basic and custom) which can be modified.

The sidebars are on the right.
