Cannot install plugin - "Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"

Hi, 

I'm having trouble installing the Slider Revolution Plugin - I get this error message when I try: 

"Downloading installation package from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=2b9769de-686d-4f54-af78-f1c06194594d&plugin=revslider…

Unpacking the package…

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"

Please can you help? I can't find an answer on any of the other forums.

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

We have, and CURL is enabled. I tried installing again after they confirmed this, but no luck.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file, your website link and wordpress admin login credentials privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
