Demo instalation

I buy BETHEME yesterday, i have intalled and it seens all was ok. when i try to preview the demo that i choosed it goes on a blank screen.

Can you help me solving this problem?

Hi,
It should redirect you to the website with this pre-built website which is hosted on our server.
Please, be sure that your theme is up to date and all of the plugins(which not comes from us) are disabled.
Then check if the issue still exists.
