Update Failure

Hello, I am trying to update the Betheme plugin on my Wordpress site, however I keep receiving this failure error and I do not know how to remedy it. I am trying to use my WooCommerce plugin, but I need to update BeTheme first. Can anyone help? 

Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
