Custom CSS to change colour in Zoom Box

Hi

On the homepage of my site:

http://de-sign.website/

I have 5 portfolio items each in a separate zoom box. I would like to change the background color of the zoom box to #fbf9fa to match the outline of the individual portfolio items. I tried custom css:

Zoom Box { background-color: #fbf9fa !important; }

Didn't work > do I have to add anything to:

Custom | ClassesCustom CSS Item Classes Namesat the bottom of the zoom box?

Please paste this Custom CSS into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

.zoom_box .desc{
	background:rgba(255,0,0,0.5) !important;
}

That didn't work - here's what I have in Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS 

now:

.section-border-top { border-top: 1px solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.08); }

/* Newsletter */

.newsletter_form { margin-top: 30px; }

.newsletter_form > input[type="email"] { display: inline-block; margin-right: 10px; max-width: 250px; }

.zoom_box .desc{

background:rgba(255,0,0,0.5) !important;

}

It changed the color to red, but you have to change the background color to #fbf9fa.

I gave you just the example.

it didn't change the background colour to anything - it's still white

I c what you have done, that changes the zoom colour but not the background color. Maybe zoom box isn't what I need because they are all separate, I need an option to display 5 or 6 portfolio pictures here I can change the background color to #fbf9fa to match the outline of the individual portfolio pics.
