MP4 VIDEO NOT SHOWING ON MOBILE DEVICES

HI. We have an MP$ video loaded that shows on desktop for the life of us we cannot get it to show on any mobile device. Can you please advise?

    Hi,
    If you want to display the video as the video in the header (This guy talking to two microphones), please do it with Revolution Slider.
    Our Muffin Section Video feature works only on desktop and we do not have any workaround to make it fixed.
    As I said, please use the Revolution Slider for it.

    Thats terrible. You mean all these theme developers out there and you guys can't figure that out?

    All of the customers use the "Revolution Slider" because this tool is made for these cases.
    This plugin has a lot of additional functions and it allows to modify the content of the slide easily.

    Our "Section Video" is usually used for "Boxed" layout or for not full-width grids (usually for 1240px).
    We didn't notice any customer complaining about it.
