Help with enabling user comments

I have user comments enabled, but for some reason I can't get people to comment on my page found below.

Do you know if I am doing something wrong?

Hi,

You're using the third-party plugin for comments.

We support only the basic wordpress comments feature, so we cannot help you with it.
