Sidebar Won't Display

Hi, I'm working on a site using WP 5.03 and Betheme 21.0.3 (recently upgraded from 17.x). I cannot seem to get the sidebars to display. I've taken the following troubleshooting steps:

• Deactivated all plugins
• Reset Betheme options
• Cleared browser cache

If I set up a page to show a sidebar, it will in fact add the spacing for it. However, the sidebar itself will not display. For example, I've set up a custom sidebar for my WooCommerce shop page:

If I try to set up the sidebar in Theme Options > Blog Portfolio and Shop, the setting is ignored. If I set the sidebar up within the page itself, I get the spacing for the sidebar, but that's it.

Hi,

You cannot make the Custom Sidebar for WooCommerce.

To display the sidebar on WooCommerce pages, then you have to use the "Plugin | WooCommerce" sidebar in Appearance > Widgets.
