can you help me how to change the color of main menu background and main menu height.

I want to have 2 color different for header and main menu.

Hi,

You can change the colors of header and main menu in the Theme Options > Colors > Header

Top Bar Left is the Main Menu, and Header is the header.

Also, to make your menu bigger, then please go to Theme Options > Global > Logo

and change the "Height" to the bigger value
