and how to edit pages in 1920x1080 (fixed)

Hi,

You can make your Grid width bigger in the Theme Options > Global > General.

Increase it to the 1920px.

To disable RWD, you have to go to Theme Options > Responsive > General

There you can disable it.

I do not understand what you mean by "how to edit pages in 1920x1080 (fixed)"

The height of the page is setting up automatically (it calculates the height of all content on the page) and it cannot be changed.
