Be theme will not update

I'm hosting on WP Engine.  Running PHP 7.2.  Betheme Version: 20.8.6

It won't update from the dashboard.  Please advise.  Thanks!

It's really common question, so you shouldn't feel stupid about this question

We suggest to upload the images on some image hosting (like https://prnt.sc) and paste the link to these screenshots in the reply.

I'm using WP Engine for hosting, adn I can't update any of my sites that are running BeTheme.

The statement is 

Update Failed: The package could not be installed.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and then try to update the theme.
