Move Up - Position

Hi,

I moved up a part by a few hundred pixels. As soon as I change the browser width it moves up even more. How can I make sure something I moved up stays in the same position in different browser widths?

    Hi,
    You have to move your content with pixels, not % or others.
    The pixels will always push the content with the same value.

    The only option is pixels so I did this. When I smaller my browser it moves up into the menu section etc..
