I find a solution by CSS, can you tell me if it's right please?

I just need to know how to align the contents (logo menu voices, extra) in the middle (center) of the vertical height, please.

Hi,

1) Sticky Header height can be customized with Custom CSS only.

If you don't know how to do it, please send a link to your website in your next reply.

Also, check this code if it works in your case.

2) We suggest not to do it, CSS could make responsiveness problem because the menu is managed by javascript.

If you would like to customize it, then you should modify theme files, which as you know, we do not support.

Only way to reduce the space between them is by decreasing the "Grid width" of your website.

In Theme Options > Global > General

You can try using the header builder plugin which is available in wordpress>betheme>install plugins.
