Fonts problem: H5 ignores styles, Plain text seems to be Arial, not Roboto

edited January 2019 in Fonts
Dear team, sorry to trouble you with so many questions after updating to BeTheme20... Here is the next one:
I am using Fonts: Roboto for contents, Lato for H5, Ubuntu for H1 and big-headings. I listed those three in the "Google font family" option.
I also made sure that the Google Fonts Weights&Style match the settings I have atSize&Style tab for H1..H5.
Still: my plain text does not look like Roboto but rather like Arial (Should be Roboto, size 20, weight 400), my H5 looks the same as plain text (should be Lato, size 20, weight 700).
See page https://www.erni-coaching.com/kompetent (which will be out of maintenance mode within 2 hours after I posted this).
The subheaders "Führungskultur", "Professionelle Standards" and "Der Zweck bestimmt das Werkzeug" are all tagged to be h5:
I have the text in a regular column and inserted
Führungskultur

Please advise.
