BeTheme 21 - Header Disappears

We have several BeTheme sites but one in particular broke the sticky header after updating to v 21.0.2 from version 15.X. I have checked the settings to make sure all the prior settings were still the same, and they are. Is this a known issue? The URL is: www.wdlwradio.com. Just to show the difference, we have a duplicate of this website with a different branding on it, woblradio.com (still on version 15, but the navigation works still).

If I have to go back to an older theme to make the site work I can, but I think there is another issue that needs addressed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
