Offer problem

I have no idea what is wrong. 

(theme is up to date, wp 4.9.9, maps is for mapplic plugin, promocje is cpt ui)

Any suggestions?

Please update your WP to the newest version.

Also, disable all of the plugins, clear your browser cache and check if the issue still exists.
