Error in banner header after update for 21.0.4

After updating to version 21.0.4 the header banner has stopped accepting html tags and is not displaying anything other than <a href> or <img>. our site needs to display the <iframe> tag or a <form> tag. we need a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,

this was forced on us by Envato. Now we cannot accept HTML tags in most of the fields. Only <strong> <i> and <span> tags are allowed.
