Horizontal Rule Thickness
How I can make a horizontal rule and let it have a different thickness as well.
I know it is <hr> but I want to make it more thick and have a black color. I tried to past some thing in the CSS and even wasn't working. So please let me know How can I deal with this issue from the theme.
