An error occurred while updating Betheme

Hi guys

I tried to access Theme Options (Like i always do)

but this time i got a blank page

i can see the options bar on the left:

- Global

- Header

- Menu

...

But the page is blank, i cant change anything (Logo, Font..)

All i see is a blank page.

So i tried to update Betheme from version 20.9.2 to 21.0.4 but i got this message:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Is there anything i can do to fix it?

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

And why can't i update the theme?

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. We have logged in and deregistered your theme key from the betheme dashboard. Please register it again with the same key and run the update again. It should work fine this time.

I have also disabled all of your plugins, this is because I could not click the deregister button or select any plugin. You should find which plugin is causing this.

I managed to update the theme

but the "Theme Option" window is still BLANK page

i cant change any details

Then it must mean that your key is registered somewhere else as well.

Please use this tool to check where it is used:

TYpe in your envato username and the currently used api key.

When i click on the Customize button on the top WP bar

i get a blank page also..

You are currently using the newest version so it did work. All should be fine now.

Please disable all plugins, I also had issues on your admin with some stuff, after disabling them it all worked fine.

The Woocommerce plugin makes the issue

I had an woocommerce extention that made all this mess

so i deactivated it
