Featured image replaces header image

Could you please tell me how to stop the featured image (of a page) to replace the header image (when reading that page)?

This is a normal looking page: https://haintz.ro/

I didn't set a "featured image" for this page and its header looks fine.

This is a page where I set a "featured image" (the truck image) and now this image took over my header. https://haintz.ro/test

I would like to be able to set a "featured image" without making it a header. Is this possible?

The only possibility is to remove the featured image from this page, then it will show the building. What are you using the featured image for if I may ask because we do not use it anywhere in the theme.
