manual update - only core - no plugins

Hi, I know that I cannot update betheme from admin. So every time I have to download it and replace it manually. Not fine but it works…

But I cannot update the (included) plugins, like Revolution Slider  and WpBakery (it says package is empty)

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi, this is not true. I have checked the same tool and my 4 licences are all ok. So I have derigestered this theme and afterwards registered it again. I still cannot update to 21.0.5

(package emtpy)

Please deregister and register your license key, then try to update your theme like 3-4 times.

if this won't help you, please send this information privately thru the contact form which is on

we will check what might be the reason.
