Hello,

We don't understand why we can't set the "web developer" theme. We follow all the instructions - we installed and activated all the plugins - Then we reset the database and over again.

What do you mean by  "can't set" ?

You don't see it or some error message appear?

Hi,

we can't install a pre-built website.

1. We choose to install the "web developer" website. We activate the plugins and then we select - Complete pre-built website and Install. After while we are back to WP dashboard (BeTheme>Pre-built websites) on a blank page and without any message!!!

2. When we try again to install the website - We get the following message-list: 
Media “home_webdeveloper_pic1-19” already exists.

3. So, we are doing "Database Reset" to re-install the pre-built website. And we get the same blank page.

The last 10 years we have installed many wordpress themes.

Hi,

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file, your wordpress admin credentials, link to your website and ftp credentials privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204643880/how-can-i-create-a-phpinfo.php-page.

1. Attach your license key and the WordPress admin login credentials.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the PHP_Time_Limit to 180s and PHP_Max_Input_Vars to 5000 and try to install your pre-built website again - but reset the database first.

Yes, we have contacted the hosting provider and they have done it - We have successfully installed the pre-built website.
