Chanhge Testimonial Button Colors

I've tried a bunch of ways in CSS and the color settings to change the text color for the testimonial slider buttons. I want to keep the background black and change the color for the little arrow. 

Any ideas?

I managed to find the code for it. Now, is it possible to center the buttons in reference to the yellow box?
